挤压参数对玉米油原油酸值影响研究

摘　　要：为研究半湿法玉米胚浸提所得原油酸值,以半湿法玉米胚为对象,探讨挤压膨化工艺条件:螺纹升角、阻流环直径、轴头间隙以及螺杆转速因素对半湿法玉米胚低温挤出物浸提所得原油的酸值影响。通过4因素5水平二次正交旋转组合试验设计,利用SAS 9.1软件对试验数据进行响应面分析,从而得到最佳挤压工艺参数:螺纹升角为7°6′阻流环直径为92 mm,轴头间隙为16mm,螺杆转速为180 r/min。在此参数下原油油脂性质稳定,酸值为13.36 mg/g,符合国家食用油酸值标准。Taking the corn germ with semi-wet milling as material, discussed the influence of the acid value after leaching corn gern, including the helix angle, the diameter of choke ring, the interval of spindle, the speed of screw, which were directly ralated to the extrution process. The method of quadratic orthogonal rotating combination desion of four factors and five levels is used. Analysed the response surface of the test data by SAS 9.1. The helix angle is 7 °6 ′, the diameter of choke ring is 92 mm, the interval of spindle is 16 mm, the speed of screw is 180 r/min. Under such conditions, the acid oil is 13.36 mg/g.
