摘　　要：人才培养模式的探索在高职教育领域是一个永无止境的研究课题,文章作者通过对高职工程造价专业的教育思想、培养目标、培养规格及课程体系、教学模式、质量保证体系、评估体系六个方面探索"项目引领,标准对接"的高职工程造价专业人才培养模式。对高职工程造价专业建设具有一定借鉴意义。The exploration of talent training modes is an endless research topic in higher vocational education. Through exploration of the education thoughts, training objectives, training standards and curriculum system, teaching modes, quality assurance system and evaluation system of project cost specialty in higher vocational education, this paper explores the training mode of project leading and standard linking, which can provide reference for the con- struction of project cost specialty in higher vocational education.
