探讨乳腺癌钙化及腋下淋巴结肿大X线征象

摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌钙化灶及腋下淋巴结肿大X线征象与病理关系,探讨两者之间的关系。方法搜集行全数字化乳腺X线检查并经手术病理证实136例乳腺癌患者资料,分析钙化及腋下淋巴结肿大X线表现,进行统计分析。结果乳腺癌钙化形态、分布与腋下淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义(χ~2=22.711,χ~2=39.042,P=0.000);乳腺癌病理分型分级与腋下淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.428,P=0.014);钙化与肿块位置关系和腋下淋巴结转移关系差异有统计学意义(χ~2=27.894,P=0.000)。结论分析乳腺癌相关征象与病理腋下淋巴结转移情况,对临床治疗及判断预后具有一定指导意义。Objective To study the pathological relationship between the focus of calcification of Breast Carcinoma and axillary lymphadenopathy by Mammographic signs,and to explore the correlation between the two.Methods 136 cases of breast carcinoma were collected as the data which had Mammographic signs of calcification on full-field digital mammography（FFDM）images and had been confirmed by surgical pathology.The analysis was carried out on the Mammographic signs of calcification and axillary lymphadenopathy,which served for statistical analysis.Results There＇s statistical significance between the differences of calcifications in morphology and distribution of breast Carcinoma and axillary lymphatic metastasis（χ~2=22.711,P=0.000）,as well as between the differences of pathological type,classification of breast Carcinoma and axillary lymphatic metastasis（χ~2=27.894,P=0.000）and between the differences of calcifications in location of breast Carcinoma and axillary lymphatic metastasis（χ~2=27.894,P=0.000）.Conclusion Studying related Mammographic signs of Breast Carcinoma and axillary lymphatic metastasis will provide certain significance in guiding the clinical treatment and diagnosis by analysis.
