摘  要:目的探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)病灶的增强CT动脉期强化程度与不同病理分级之间的关系。方法回顾性分析36例初发未治NHL患者的增强CT及PET/CT的影像学及病理学资料,按照侵袭性程度分为惰性(9例)、侵袭性(27例)两组,对比各组间CT动脉期强化幅度差异,并结合标准摄取值(SUV)做相关性分析。结果惰性组强化幅度为(13.37±4.82)HU,侵袭性组为(20.89±7.21)HU,两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P=0.006);CT强化幅度与SUV值的相关系数为0.491(P=0.002)。结论CT动脉期强化幅度对NHL的病理分级有鉴别诊断的作用。Objective To explore the relationship of the degree of arterial phase CT enhancement and pathological classification of non-hodgkin lymphoma. Methods imaging data and pathological material for 36 incipient but untreated cases of Non-odgkin Lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed. They were staged as non-invasive (9) and invasive (27) according to pathological classification. Compare the difference of the degree of arterial phase CT enhancement of each group , then combining SUV values to make correlation analysis. Results The enhanced amplitude of non-invasive and invasive is (13.37 ±4.82)HU and (20.89 ±7.21 )HU respectively, showing significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.006 〈0.05). The correlation coefficient of enhanced amplitude and SUV values is 0.471 (P =0. 002 〈0.05). Conclusion The Arterial phase of Enhanced CT amplitude has certain ability of differential diagnosis of non-hodgkin lymphoma.
