摘 要:为了提高减速器的可靠性,对其进行了冗余设计,并用动力学分析软件ADAMS对其两种工作状态进行了仿真,得到输出速度曲线和接触力曲线,通过分析曲线可知减速器在不同工作状态下的性能。建立了双输入行星齿轮传动系统的动力学物理模型,通过求解方程得出系统的固有频率,并采用有限元模态分析方法加以验证,为使外部激励的频率避开齿轮系统的固有频率提供参考依据。A double input planetary reducer is designed by using redundancy technology, and its reliability is very high. Two kinds of working conditions of the reducer are simulated by using dynamic analysis software ADAMS to get the output speed and contact force curves. From the curves, its performance under different working conditions can be obtained and its kinetic mathematic model of the gear transmission system is established. Through solving the dynamic equation, its natural frequencies are acquired. This model is verified by finite element modal analysis method. The reference basis is provided for making the external excitation frequency avoid the natural frequency of the gear system.
