摘　　要：20世纪50年代,针对全国各地工会工作中出现的问题,中国共产党人坚持把马克思主义工会理论中国化,对工人阶级夺取政权之后工会的功能、地位、任务、工作方式及其同党和政府的关系等做了深入的思考,并积极探索适合中国国情的工会工作机制,既取得了成绩,也发生了波折。期间,中国共产党人围绕公营企业是否适用"公私兼顾"原则、公营企业工会与企业行政和政府是否存在不同的具体立场、工会与执政党的关系、产业工会与地方工会的关系、工会的基本任务是生产还是福利等问题产生了不同程度的论争。论争推进了马克思主义工会理论的中国化,党和政府初步理顺了公营企业中党、行政和工会的关系,促进了人民内部矛盾学说的形成,积累了马克思主义中国化的正反两方面经验。In the 1950 s, to counter the problems arising from the trade union work throughout the country the Communist Party of China insisted on sinicizing Marxist theory of trade unions, made a deep thinking on trade union's function, standing, task, working mode and its relations with the Party and Government after the working class took power and actively explored trade union work mechanism suitable for the situation of China, which not only got the achievements, but also had twists and turns. In this period, the CPC had debates involved in whether public enterprise applied to the principle of 'concurrent consideration to both public and private', whether public-sector trade unions, business administration and government existed different specific positions, the relationship between trade unions and the ruling party, the relationship between industrial tradeunions and local trade unions, the basic task of the trade union was production or welfare and so on. The debate promoted Marxism with Chinese characteristics of trade union theory, the Party and the Government initially straightened out the relationship among the Party, the administration and trade unions, promoted the formation of the contradictions theory of the people, and accumulated experience and lessons of Marxism with Chinese characteristics.
