摘 要:分析了轴向载荷、径向载荷、转速等工况参数和引导间隙、沟曲率系数等结构参数对角接触球轴承保持架稳定性的影响,并得出以下结论:轴向载荷或转速的增加使保持架稳定性提高;径向载荷和间隙比的增加会使保持架稳定性降低;随沟曲率系数的增大,保持架的稳定性先提高后降低;对于不同的间隙比或沟曲率系数,存在一个最佳值,使保持架的稳定性相对最佳。The effect of operating and structural parameters, such as axial load, radial load, speed, guide clearance and groove curvature, on the cage stability of angular contact ball bearings is studied. The results show that the increas- ing axial load or speed will be conducive to the stability of the cage. The increasing radial load and clearance ratio will reduce the stability of the cage. With the increase of the groove curvature, the stability of the cage first increases and then decreases. For different clearance ratio or groove curvature, there is a optimal value that makes the bearing cage having the best relative stability.
