子午流注中药保留灌肠配合热敏灸法治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察子午流注中药保留灌肠配合热敏灸法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及安全性分析。方法:采用前瞻性分析法,选择符合纳入标准的溃疡性结肠炎住院患者90例,采用简单数字的随机方法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用子午流注中药保留灌肠配合热敏灸治疗,灌肠液组方附子薏苡败酱散合芍药汤加减组成。对照组在常规治疗的基础上单纯中药保留灌肠。观察2组患者治疗前后细胞因子水平、症状、大肠黏膜积分变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组在细胞因子(Hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)水平、症候积分(腹痛、腹泻、脓血便)、大肠黏膜方面比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.33%,对照组临床疗效总有效率为82.22%,2者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子午流注中药保留灌肠配合热敏灸法能够有效地缓解溃疡性结肠炎患者临床症状及大肠黏膜病变,改善细胞因子水平,值得进一步推广及应用。Objective ： To explore Ziwu Liuzhu Chinese Medicine Retention Enema with analysis of the clinical efficacy and safety of heat sensitive moxibustion for treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods： 90 cases of ulcerative colitis were selected ac- cording to the inclusion criteria, and the simple numbers were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group, 45 ca- ses in each group. The treatment group treated with Ziwuliuzhu Chinese Medicine Retention Enema combined with thermal moxi- bustion on the basis of the conventional treatment, enema prescription was Coix Aconite Patrinia Powder combined with Peony De- coction. The controlled group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on the basis of conventionai treat- ment. Observing the 2 groups of patients before and after treatment of cytokine levels, symptoms, and clinical efficacy of the inte- gration of the colon mucosa. Results： After treatment, the treatment group in the cell factor （hs CRP, IL-6, TNF-oL） levels and symptom integral （ abdominal pain, diarrhea, pus and blood stool, normal mucosa on more significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.33% , the total efficiency of the controlled group was 82. 22%. The differences be- tween the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Ziwu Liuzhu Chinese medicine retention enema com- bined with thermal moxibustion can effectively alleviate ulcer colitis patients clinical symptoms and colorectal mucosal lesions and improve the level of cytokines. It is worthy of further promotion and application.
