摘 要:大肠癌包括结肠癌和直肠癌,是全球常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,其发病率在逐年增加。MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类长度约18~24个核苷酸的非编码小分子RNA,能够调控基因的表达,参与调节细胞的生长增殖、分化、凋亡等多种关键细胞过程,与大肠癌的发生发展密切相关。同时近些年研究报道提示,miRNA广泛参与到中药抗肿瘤的作用过程中,在miRNA水平探究中医药防治大肠癌的分子机制具有重要意义,为现代中医药理论的发展提供了新的突破点。Colorectal cancer, including colon and rectal cancer, is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract, the in- cidence increased year by year. MieroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs of about 18-24 nucleotides in length. They regulate the expression of genes and participate in the regulation of cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis. Occurrence and de- velopment are closely related. At the same time in recent years research reports suggest that miRNAs are widely involved in the anti-tumor effect of traditional Chinese medicine process. It is of great significance to explore the molecular mechanism of tradi- tional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer at the level of miRNA, which provides a new break- through for the development of modem TCM theory.
