摘  要:目的:探讨慕课、微课及翻转课堂在内科学教学中联合应用的效果,以提高教学质量。方法:将学生分为教改组和对照组2组,教改组采用慕课、微课及翻转课堂联合应用教学法,对照组应用传统教学方法。采用考试成绩和问卷调查相结合的形式进行教学效果评价。结果:教改组考试成绩与对照组相比有显著提高(P<0.01);自主学习能力、团队协作能力、表达能力、对内科学的学习兴趣和灵活运用知识解决问题的能力,以及知识扩展度均有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:慕课、微课及翻转课堂联合应用教学法可以提高内科学教学质量,其效果优于传统授课教学法,值得进一步研究和推广。Objective: To explore the effect of combined use of massive open online course (MOOC), microlecture and flipped classroom in internal medicine teaching on improving the teaching quality. Methods: The students were divided into two groups. The teaching reform group adopted the combined application of those teaching modes, while the control group used the traditional teaching method. The teaching quality was evaluated by examination and questionnaire. Results: Compared with the control group, the examination scores in the teaching reform class were significantly improved (P〈0.01), and the autonomous learning ability, teamwork ability, presentation skill, learning interest, the ability by applying knowledge to solve problems, and the knowledge of the breadth and depth were also significantly improved (P〈0.01). Conclusions: The combined application of MOOC, microlecture and flipped classroom can improve the teaching quality of internal medicine, which is better than traditional teaching method. The combined teaching method deserves further research and popularization.
