高校“主题党日活动”的系统化设计与制度创新

摘　　要："主题党日活动"是创新高校党建工作的重要载体,对加强高校基层党组织建设,协调推进全面从严治党,深入开展"两学一做"学习教育,强化党员身份意识具有十分重要的意义。高校"主题党日活动"的系统化设计必须坚持符合党建原则、问题导向原则、主题鲜明原则、注重实效原则、富有推广应用原则等,在实施过程中以项目化、常态化、制度化和品牌化为抓手,着力推进高校基层党组织"主题党日活动"的系统化设计和制度创新。＂Thematic Party Day Activity＂ is the important carrier of the party building of university innovation; to strengthen the construction of primary party organizations in university, to coordinating impel comprehensively governing party discipline, to in-depth carry out ＂To learn the Party Constitution and Xi Jingpingg Speedes to be a qualified Party member＂ educational activity, to strengthen the awareness of party identity are of great significance. ＂Thematic Party Day Activity＂ systematic design in university must conform to the principle of the party building, problem-oriented principle, the explicit theme principle, the principle of paying attention to the ef- fectiveness, promotion and application principles and so on, we should focus on the project, normalization, institutionalization and branding in the implementation process, make great effort to impel the primary party organization in university of ＂Thematic Party Day Activity＂ systematic design and institutional innovation.
