摘  要:为了满足对线缆生产自动化控制的要求,设计并实现了一种智能生产监控系统。系统采用多层分布式结构,底层监控终端以ARM Cortex M4F增强型嵌入式芯片为核心,结合激光条码扫描、超高频识别等技术,配以良好的人机交互平台,实现生产数据的采集与处理,并以Wi Fi无线方式与顶层数据库服务器系统进行数据交换,完成信息的上传与反馈。监控终端通过分析比较反馈的数据可以实时控制生产进程,完成工业自动化监控。该系统经中天科技线缆框绞生产线测试,稳定性好,能有效完成对现场数据的收集、整理、上传及反馈工作,实现生产的智能监控,具有很好的应用推广价值。In order to meet the requirement of the cable production automation control, an intelligent monitoring system for production was designed and implemented. A multi-layer distributed structure is adopted in the system. The bottom monitoring terminal takes ARM Cortex M4F enhanced embedded chip as its core. The acquisition and processing of the production data are achieved in combination with the laser bar code scanning technology, ultrahigh frequency identification technology and perfect man-machine interactive platform. The data exchange is executed by the top-level database server system in WiFi wireless mode to realize the upload and feedback of information. The monitoring terminal can control the production process in real time and complete industrial automation monitoring by means of the analysis and comparison of the feedback data. The system was tested on the box cutter production line of cable at Zhongtian Technology. The test result shows that the system has high stability, can complete the field data collection, collation, upload, feedback effectively, and intelligent monitoring of production.
