摘　　要：开办内地新疆中职班是党中央、国务院实施西部大开发战略的一项重要战略部署。旨在加快培养优秀少数民族人才,加快新疆地方经济发展和社会进步,增强民族团结,维护新疆稳定。为了做好新疆内职班学生的教育、教学及日常管理工作,抚顺市农业特产学校从思想、学习和校园文化等方面着手,不断探索符合新疆内职班学生身心健康发展的有效途径,取得明显成效。Opening the Xinjiang secondary vocational classes is an important strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council＇s western development strategy,accelerating excellent ethnic minority talent cultivation,accelerating Xinjiang local economic development and social progress,enhancing national unity,and maintaining stability in Xinjiang.In order to do a good job in Xinjiang vocational class students＇ education,learning and daily management,Fushun Agricultural Specialty School starts from the aspects of ideology,learning and campus culture etc.,and constantly explores the effective ways and means matching the physical and mental health development of Xinjiang vocational class students,achieving remarkable results.
