摘　　要：在高校发展过程中存在着文献资源保障水平的滞后问题 ,因此 ,要从馆藏建设策略的制定、观念的更新、工作模式的变革、人力资源的挖掘和培养等方面 。This paper attempts to analyze the backward situations of document resources in the development of universities, and proposes some ways to improve the document resources by way of collection development, renewing people's concepts, innovating working modes, exploiting and cultivating human labour resources.
