大学生校外实践教育基地建设的问题及对策研究——以福建省F校为例

摘　　要：从分析福建F校校外实践教育基地建设的现状入手,归纳总结该校校外实践教育基地建设的特点与成效,指出该校校外基地建设过程中存在的三个问题:缺乏推动基地均衡、稳定与可持续发展的长效机制,缺乏贯穿基地建设发展全过程的质量保障体系,缺乏促进交叉融合、优势互补的资源共享机制,并提出加强非师范类专业校外实践教育基地建设的三点建议:一是加强顶层设计,完善校外基地实践教学体系;二是采取有力措施,构建校外基地建设质量保障体系;三是深化合作模式,建立校地、校企开放共享机制。This paper analyzes the current situations of the construction of off-campus practice education base in F University in Fujian Province and summarizes the characteristics and effects of the construction of this university＇s off-campus practice education base. It points out that three problems exist in the construc- tion of this university＇s off-campus practice education base ： lack of long-term mechanism to promote the sta- bility and sustainable development of the base, lack of quality assurance system throughout the whole process of base construction and development, and lack of resources sharing mechanism to promote mutual convergence and complementary advantages. And it puts forward three suggestions to strengthen the con- struction of off-campus practice education bases for non-normal majors： first, to strengthen the top-level de- sign and improve the teaching system of off-campus practice education base ; second, to take effective meas- ures to construct the quality assurance system for off-campus base construction; third, to deepen the cooper- ation model and establish university-local, university-enterprise open sharing mechanism
