摘　　要：目的探讨肝细胞性肝癌患者血液中血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)、血管内皮生长因子-D(VEGF-D)和血管内皮生长因子受体-3(VEGFR-3)的表达及意义。方法以2012年8月~2014年8月经南溪山医院病理科确诊为肝细胞性肝癌的40例患者为肝癌组,以同期10例非肝癌患者为非肝癌组。应用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测患者外周静脉血VEGF-C、VEGF-D和VEGFR-3的表达,统计分析VEGF-C、VEGF-D和受体VEGFR-3的表达与肝癌发生的关系。结果 VEGF-C、VEGF-D和VEGFR-3在肝癌组术前血液中的表达显著高于肝癌组术后和非肝癌组(P<0.05),并且VEGFR-3的表达与VEGF-C、VEGF-D的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.982、0.975,均P<0.01)。结论 VEGF-C、VEGF-D和受体VEGFR-3在肝细胞性肝癌患者血液中的表达明显增高,其可能与肝癌的发生发展有关。Objective To explore the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor-C（VEGF-C）,vascular endothelial growth factor-D（VEGF-D） and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3（VEGFR-3） in the blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Forty HCC patients diagnosed at the Department of Pathology of Nanxishan Hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected as hepatoma group, and 10 non-hepatoma patients at the same time were selected as non-hepatoma group. The expression of VEGF-C, VEGF-D and VEGFR-3 in blood samples was determined by enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay. The relationship between VEGF-C, VEGF-D and VEGFR-3 with the occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma was analyzed statistically. Results The expression of VEGF-C, VEGF-D and VEGFR-3 in the blood of pre-operative hepatoma group was significantly higher than those in the blood of post-operative hepatoma group and non-hepatoma group（P 〈 0.05）. The expression of VEGFR-3 showed a significant positive correlation with the expression of VEGF-C, VEGF-D（r = 0.982, 0.975, all P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The expression of VEGF-C, VEGF-D and VEGFR-3 are increased in the blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, which may be associated with the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
