摘 要:目的研究小鼠上下颌第一磨牙牙胚的基因表达差异。方法从GEO在线数据库获取在小鼠上下颌第一磨牙牙胚中差异表达的300个基因。通过DAVID、STRING和Gene MANIA等生物信息学软件对这300个基因之间的关系进行系统分析。结果上下颌第一磨牙发育过程中差异表达的基因主要是生长因子和同源盒基因,可被富集到"cell differentiation"、"organ morphogenesis"、MAPK信号通路和"Homeobox"等不同的基因子集。"organ morphogenesis"子集中EGFR,WNT5A,NRP1,OTX1,SOX2,SIX2,PAX3,ISL1,CTNNA2,SHOX2,DLX1,HAND1,SFRP1,PAX9,HAND2,ALX4,FOXD1,ALX3,TLX1,ALX1等20个基因之间存在相互作用,形成分子网络。结论小鼠上下颌第一磨牙牙胚的基因表达存在差异,提示在上下颌牙齿发育过程中可能存在不同的分子调控机制。Objective To investigate the difference of gene expression between the mouse maxillary and mandibular first molar germ development. Methods Three hundred differentially expressed genes between the mouse maxillary and mandibular first molar germ were obtained from the GEO on-line database, and were analysed using DAVID, STRING and Gene MANIA bioinformatic software to explore the relationship among these genes. Results Most of the three hundred differentially expressed genes between the mouse maxillary and mandibular first molar development were are growth factors and homeobox genes. These genes could be enriched into different subgroups, including "cell differentiation", "organ morphogenesis", "MAPK signal pathway" and "Homeobox" groups. The twenty genes among "organ morphogenesis" subgroups, including EGFR, WNT5 A, NRP1, OTX1, SOX2, SIX2, PAX3, ISL1, CTNNA2, SHOX2, DLX1,HAND1, SFRP1, PAX9, HAND2, ALX4, FOXD1, ALX3, TLX1 and ALX1 showed interaction between each other, and formed molecular networks. Conclusion The gene expression between mouse maxillary and mandibular first molar germ are different. It implies that there may be different molecular regulation mechanisms between the maxillary and mandibular teeth development.
