游离龈瓣移植加宽种植体颊侧角化黏膜临床应用

摘　　要：目的评估应用游离龈瓣移植加宽种植体颊侧角化黏膜临床效果。方法 8例患者共植入14颗种植体,种植二期时种植体颊侧龈缘中点处角化黏膜宽度均小于2mm,共进行8例游离龈瓣移植,游离龈瓣均取自硬腭。结果 8例移植龈瓣均成活。术前种植体颊侧龈缘中点处角化黏膜宽度0~1.5mm,平均0.32±0.64mm。游离龈瓣移植后复诊时间2~9个月,平均4.50±2.33个月。复诊时种植体颊侧龈缘中点处角化粘膜宽度2~8mm,平均4.29±1.82mm。结论游离龈瓣移植可有效加宽种植体颊侧角化黏膜。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of free gingival grafts harvested from the palate for enhancing the width of peri-implant keratinized mucosa. Methods Eight patients having 14 implant sites with less than 2mm of keratinized mucosa width were enrolled in this study. The width of keratinized mucosa was measured in millimeters at the mid-buccal aspect as the distance between the mucosal margin and the mucogingival junction. Eight free gingival grafts harvested from the palate were placed. Results All grafted gingival flaps survived. The follow-up period ranged from 2to 9 months（averaged 4.5 months）. The mean width of keratinized mucosa was 0.32±0.64 mm preoperatively（ranged from0 to 1.5 mm）and 4.29±1.82 mm postoperatively（ranged from 2 to 8 mm）. Conclusion Free gingival grafts harvested from the palate was an effective and predictable method for enhancing the width of keratinized mucosa in the vicinity of implants.
