Demirjian法在推断深圳地区6～16岁青少年牙龄中的应用

摘　　要：目的评估Demirjian法推断深圳地区6~16岁青少年牙龄的适用性。方法本研究收集了符合要求的深圳市青少年的曲面断层片809张(其中男性405例,女性404例),按照Demirjian法对左下颌7颗恒牙发育分期进行判读,查表计算得出牙龄,将所得牙龄与自然年龄进行配对t检验。结果运用Demirjian法得出的深圳地区男性的牙龄与自然年龄相比平均高估0.94~2.50年,其中6.0~11.9岁所包括的年龄段DA与CA的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。12.0~15.9岁所包括的年龄段DA与CA的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);运用Demirjian法得出的深圳地区女性的牙龄与自然年龄相比平均高估0.88~1.72年,该差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中6.0~12.9岁所包括的年龄段DA与CA的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。13.0~15.9岁所包括的年龄段DA与CA的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Demirjian法并不能直接准确推断深圳地区人群实际年龄,需要在此基础上进行修正,但是对于男性在6.0~11.9岁,女性在6.0~12.9之间的年龄段应用有一定参考意义。Objective Evaluation of the applicability of Demirjian method in the age of 6~16 years old adolescents in Shenzhen area. Methods This study collected the 809 example of digital orthopantomographs in Shenzhen（including 405 cases of male, female 404 cases） in accordance with requirements. According to Demirjian method we assessed the tooth age on the left mandibular 7 teeth development stage of interpretation, and calculated to get the tooth age by looking up table, and the age of the obtained teeth were paired with t test. Results The Demirjian method overvaluation age by 0.94~2.50 years in boys that difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Among them 6 to 11.9years old the difference between DA and CA had not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, and in 12.0~15.9 years old the difference had statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The Demirjian method over-valuation age by 0.88~1.72 years in girls that difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Among them 6 to 12.9 years old the difference between DA and CA had not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, and in 13.0~15.9 years old the difference had statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Demirjian method can not directly and accurately infer the natural age of the population in Shenzhen, and it is needed to be modified on this basis. But for boy in 6 to 11.9 years of age, girls in the age between 6 to 12.9 of the application has a certain reference value.
