摘  要:目的研究牛角瓜果提取物体外抑菌活性,为实际应用提供科学依据。方法采用纸片扩散法,对牛角瓜果的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、氯仿和甲醇等4种溶剂提取物体外抑菌活性进行实验室研究。结果牛角瓜果的石油醚提取物浓度为100 mg/ml,对13种试验菌中的8种菌(含真菌和细菌)的抑菌环直径为7.12~12.83 mm。牛角瓜果乙酸乙酯提取物抑菌作用较石油醚提取物弱,其他试剂的提取物基本无抑菌作用。结论牛角瓜果的石油醚提取物具有一定抑菌作用,但总体上抑菌效果较弱。Objective To evaluate the antifungal and antimicrobial activity of the fruit extracts from Calotropis gigantea in vitro. Methods The fruit was extracted by Soxhlet extraction method with four different solvents, including petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, chloroform and methyl alcohol. The antifungal and antimicrobial activities were evaluated using disc agar diffusion method. Results The petroleum ether fruit extracts exhibited good antimicrobial activities against eight of thirteen tested fungi and bacteria,with the inhibitory zone diameters from 7.12 - 12.83 mm at a concentration of 100 mg/ml. And other fruit extracts show no activities. Conclusion The petroleum ether fruit extracts presented a generally poor antifungal and antimicrobial activity.
