摘　　要：目的对患有恶性血液病的患者化疗后带状疱疹的发生几率、临床特征等进行分析与总结。方法对东莞市人民医院的405例恶性血液病患者经过化疗后出现带状疱疹并发症的20例临床资料进行分析,并对其治疗方法与预后情况进行回顾。结果 405例恶性血液病化疗患者中,223例出现带状疱疹,其中有16名患者在化疗期间出现发病症状,大部分患者在化疗期的临床症状为骨髓抑制与白细胞减少,约有90%的患者白细胞亚群分析结果明显异常。所有患者经过抗病毒治疗后,症状均完全消失,其中3名患者出现了不同程度的后遗性神经痛。结论恶性血液病患者在患病期间的免疫系统受到一定的破坏,同时化疗进一步降低了患者的免疫功能,很容易患上带状疱疹。Objective To analyze and summarize the occurrence probability and clinical characteristics of herpes zoster in patients with malignant hematological disease after chemotherapy.Methods 20 in 405 patients with hematologic malignancies after chemotherapy banded spore rash complications in the hospital were analyzed,and the treatment method and prognosis were reviewed.Result Among 405 cases of chemotherapy in patients with hematologic malignancies,223 cases have banded spore rash,including 16 patients during chemotherapy having the onset of symptoms,the majority of patients in the period of chemotherapy having clinical symptoms and leukopenia in bone marrow suppression,and about 90% patients having obvious abnormal cells subgroup analysis results.After antiviral therapy,all patients＆#39; symptoms are completely disappeared,and different degrees of neuralgia appear in 3 patients.Conclusion The immune system in patients with malignant hematologic diseases is damaged during the period of illness,and chemotherapy can reduce the immune function of patients.It is easy to suffer from herpes zoster.
