摘　　要：通过对患者调查了解认为国内医疗纠纷存在的诸多问题,医疗纠纷发生的因素也多种多样。为此,笔者从患者、医务人员、医疗机构、社会、法律与制度等5个方面对医疗纠纷发生的因素进行了讨论分析。指出目前国内缺少综合评价医疗纠纷相关因素评价指标,应针对医患双方由于信息不对称导致医患沟通不顺畅、医疗技术水平局限性、由于医疗费用不断增高引发患者对于医疗服务质量提出更高的要求、面对医疗纠纷时患者过度维权等影响医患关系和谐的主要因素,分别从医患沟通效率、患者治疗结果、医生工作满意度及医患纠纷程度4个层次综合评价医患关系和谐度。There are many problems and complex influence factors of medical disputes in China. In views of patient, medical staff, medical institute, society, law and institution, the factors of medical dispute are discussed. It shows that lack of medical dispute assessment index system, inadequate doctor and patient communication result from information asymmetry, the limited medical technology, high cost and high expectation of medical quality, over protection of patient rights are the main factors of medical dispute. According to the analysis, hospital and patient relationship assessment index system are discussed in aspects of hospital patient communication efficiency, treatment effectiveness, doctors＇ satisfaction and the severity of medical dispute.
