摘 要:针对某款需要进行高原适应性改进的发动机,研究了二级非可调和二级可调增压对发动机平原和高原工况的性能影响。通过对二级非可调增压方案的匹配试验分析提出了增压器的优化改进措施,并最终确定了二级可调方案。试验结果表明:在平原工况下,可调二级增压方案可以实现平原工况功率不下降的指标,并且在高原工况下标定点的相对功率达到315kW,相比平原下降了21%;转矩点相对功率达到228kW,比平原下降了10.8%,满足发动机对高原性能的要求。For an engine that needed improvement to be adaptive for plateau, effects of adjustable or nonadjustable two-stage turbocharging on the engine performance at plain and plateau were studied. Optimizing measures for turbochargers were proposed after analyzing nonadjustable two-stage turbocharging experiment data, and an adjustable two-stage turbocharging system was finally determined. The experiment results show that using the adjustable two-stage turbocharging system, the engine achieves the target of no power loss at plain. At plateau, the engine achieves relative rated power of 315 kW and relative power of 228 kW at peak torque, 21% and 10.8% lower compared with those at plain respectively. These can meet the engine performance requirements at plateau.
