摘  要:本试验研究了6种农林剩余物(茶树菇菌糠、银耳菌糠、杏鲍菇菌糠、甘蔗渣、笋头和菇头)的主要成分差异及高温发酵(55℃)制备沼气的效果.结果表明:除菇头外,5种农林剩余物木质纤维素含量均高于主要营养成分.6种农林剩余物的碳氮比差别较大,最低的是菇头(7.3),最高的是甘蔗渣(106.7).不同剩余物的积累产沼气量和产甲烷量差别很大.产气效果最好的是菇头,15 d积累产沼气量为485.1 m L·g^(-1),甲烷浓度为53.5%.To investigate the feasibility of fermentating agricultural residues for biogas usage,chemical compositions of 6 kinds of agricultural residues,including Agrocybe cylindracea,Tremella fuciformis,Pleurotus eryngii,sugarcane bagasse,bamboo shoot head and mushroom head,and yield and efficacy of thermophilic fermentation at 55 ℃ were studied. The results showed that essential nutrients,including total sugar,crude protein and crude fat,were lower than lignocellulose for 5 kinds of residues except for mushroom head. Carbon and nitrogen ratio differed among species,with the lowest value being 7.3 from mushroom head and the highest value being 106.7 from sugarcane bagasse. Moreover,biogas accumulation and methane concentration varied greatly. The highest biogas production was from mushroom head at 485.1 m L·g^-1 for 15 d,with methane concentration being 53.5%.
