摘　　要：协同创新在我国经济社会发展中发挥着重要作用,对国家科技进步和创新能力提升有重要的推动作用。然而,我国协同创新工作仍然面临着许多问题和挑战,如协同创新的体制机制、政策法规不健全;企业科研投入低,自主研发水平弱;高校科研成果转化率低,人才培养有待加强。文章针对我国协同创新中存在的问题提出了相应的对策与建议。Collaborative innovation plays an important role in China’s economic and social development. It attracts increasing attention in the promotion of the innovation capability and scientific progress. However, it also faces challenges from many aspects, for instance, the less-than-perfect institutional mechanism and polices; the lower research investment and weaker independent research level in enterprises;the transformation rate of scientific research achievements is still low, and the cultivation of talents needs to be further improved. This paper puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions on the corresponding problems of the collaborative innovation in colleges and universities.
