摘 要:对简化的高寒动车组模型,运用OpenFOAM进行网格划分,采用SST k-ω的湍流模型来模拟高寒动车组转向架区域的空气流场特性,分析转向架区域的速度场与压力场。研究结果表明,转向架区域结构复杂,夹带雪粒子的气流将冲击转向架区域的发热元件,所受冲击部位正压较大,夹带的雪粒子于此迅速融化、结冰。同时在转向架上方存在大量低速涡流,雪粒子在低速涡流处静止并落于转向架部件表面。随着速度增加,转向架区域中夹带的雪粒子增加,相应部位的积雪、结冰问题更为严重。Using Open FOAM to mesh the simplified model of the high-speed train and using SST k-ω turbulence model to simulate the air flow field of its bogie area, the velocity field and the pressure field of the bogie area can be analyzed. The results show that due to the complicated structure of the bogie, the airrow that entrains snow particles will impact the heating elements in the bogie area, which means the positive pressure value of the impact area is much larger than surroundings, and the snow particles are rapidly melting and freezing. At the same time, there are a lot of low speed vortex at the top of the bogie area, and the snow particles are still at the low speed vortex, then fall on the surface of the bogie parts. As the velocity increases, the entrainment of snow particles increases, and the snow or ice in the area is more serious.
