摘　　要：罗尔斯正义理论主要是基于资本主义社会制度建构的,这正彰显了特定社会制度下生产方式的缺陷。很多正义问题是无法解决的,只能随着外在环境和生产方式的改变而消亡。罗尔斯正义理论对自由、平等、权利的追求,是基于人的自由意志和个人选择。他认为,正义和善达成一致性才能保持正义的稳定性;同时,正义的稳定性也来源于共识与规范性,通过理性能够建立规范,并达成共识。正义不是至善,也许只是中善,但它仍能够充当其他价值的规范性要求。考察罗尔斯对正义稳定性的论证,可以为社会主义公平正义的实现提供有益借鉴。Rawlsss justice theory is mainly based on the capitalist social sy s tem , which demstrates defects of the production mode under a particular social system. A lot of justice problems cannot be solved, but they will die out with changes of the external environment and the produc-tion mode. Rawlsss justice theory with the pursuit of f reedom, equality and rights is based on hu-man beings5 free will and personal choices. In his opinion, the consistency between justigoodness can ensure justice stabili ty. Meanwhile？ justice stability comes from consensus and no-- mativeness which can be realized through rationality. Justice is not extremely good, maybe it’s just good, but it is still able toactas a regulatory requirement for other values. Rawlsss demstration of justice stability can provide beneficial references for the realization of socialist equity and justice.
