摘 要:[目的]了解护士职业应激及职业疲劳状况,探讨其相关性,为护理人力资源管理提供科学的参考依据。[方法]应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、护士工作压力源量表和员工疲劳综合征问卷对600名在岗护士进行调查及分析。[结果]本研究对象SCL-90总分(130.99分±45.03分)与全国常模比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄组护士SCL-90总均分、症状因子分比较,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);职业应激源5个维度及护士疲劳综合征得分均较高,其职业应激受多因素的影响。[结论]护士群体中职业应激状况普遍存在,导致其疲劳综合征易感性增强。医院管理者在关爱和促进护士心身健康的同时,应注重护士的职业健康管理,引导护士正确认识和舒缓职业应激,增强心理适调能力及应对技巧,积极促进护士的职业健康。Objective: To understand the occupational stress and occupational fatigue status of nurses,and to ex-plore their relevance' in order to provide a scientific reference for nursing human resource management.Methods: A total of 600 nurses were surveyed and analyzed by the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) ,Nurses' Job Stres-sor Scale and the Employee Fatigue Syndrome Questionnaire.Results: There were statistically significant differ-ences in the SCL -90 score (130.99±45.03) comparedwith the national norrmThe scores of occupational stres-sors tn 5 dimensions and nurses fatigue syndrome scores were high,the occupational stress affected by many fac-tors.The scores of occupational stressors tn 5 dimensions and nurses fatigue syndrome scores were high,the oc-cupational stress affected by many factors.Conclusion: Occupational stress was prevalent in nurses,and their sus-ceptibility to fatigue syndrome increased.The hospital managers should care and promote physical healthin the same time,the occupational health management of nurses should be paid moto, including critical nurses to correct understand and relieve occupational stress, improved the ability of psycho-logical adjustment and coping skills?and promoting the occupational health of nurses actively.
