摘 要:环丙氨嗪是一种常用的昆虫抑制剂类杀虫剂,对畜禽养殖场的蝇蛆繁殖控制效果显著,在畜牧养殖业中应用广泛。然而长期使用环丙氨嗪易造成细菌耐药性,从而危害动物健康,且会在动物组织中形成药物残留,并通过食物链危害人类健康,甚至危及生命。因此,环丙氨嗪的监控检测对保证食品安全至关重要。综述了环丙氨嗪的性质、应用、危害、检测方法等,并展望了免疫学检测技术在环丙氨嗪监控检测中的应用前景,以期为环丙氨嗪的科学应用及监控检测提供参考。Cyromazine is a common insects inhibitor,which has significant effects on controlling maggot breeding of livestock and poultry farms. It is widely used in animal husbandry. However,the long-term use of cyromazine would lead to drug-resistance of bacteria and subsequently damages animal health. Moreover,it also leads to the drug residues in animal tissues,meanwhile,it does harm to human health and even life through the food chain. Therefore,monitoring and detection of cyromazine is crucial to ensure food safety and the health of consumers. This paper summarizes the properties,applications,harm,residue detection methods of cyromazine and gives a perspective to the application of immunological detection methods in the monitoring and detection of cyromazine,so as to provide a reference for further research of cyromazine related work.
