摘　　要：目的:探讨社会支持对精神病患者家庭照料者的影响。方法:采用社会支持量表(SSRS),抑郁自评量表(SDS)和家庭负担量表(FBS)对600例精神病患者家庭照料者进行调查。结果:精神病患者家庭照料者SSRS总分为(36.42±4.37)分,FBS总分评分为(32.64±6.35)分,SDS总分为(63.65±7.59)分;相关分析显示社会支持与家庭负担和抑郁之间呈负相关(P<0.01);中介效应检验显示,社会支持的中介效应为0.2622,中介效应与总效应之比比值为0.4312,直接效应与总效应之比为0.5688。结论:社会支持可降低精神病患者家庭照料者的家庭负担,并减轻抑郁、焦虑情绪。Objective： To exploreinfluence of social support on family tenders of patients with psychosis. Methods： Six hundredsfamily tenders of thepatients with psychosis were researched using social support rating scale（ SSRS）,self-rating depression scale（ SDS） and family burden scale（ FBS）. Results： The total scores of the SSRS,FBS and SDS of the family tenders of thepatients with psychosis were 36.42±4.37,32.64±6.35,and 63.65±7.59,separately. The correlation analysis showed that there were positive correlations amongsocial support,family burden and depression（ P〈0.01）.Themediating effect test showed that the mediating effect of the social support was 0.2622,and its ratios to the total effect was 0.4312,and the ratio of the direct effect to the total effect was 0.5688.Conclusions： Social support can reduce the family burden of the family tenders of thepatients with psychosis and relief their depression and anxiety emotions.
