摘　　要：应用型高校大学生创业孵化基地是面向在校大学生开展创业教育,是开展创业实训与创业孵化的场所,是促进大学生自主创业的重要实践平台.选取安徽省应用型本科高校创业孵化基地作为调查对象,通过问卷调查及访谈等方式,了解应用型高校创业孵化基地对大学生创业能力培养模式的现状,分析创业孵化基地对于大学生创业能力培养中存在的问题,探索出项目论证制度,"内外合资"多元化投资,积极进行成果转化,通过构建创业培育服务体系等措施,对应用型高校大学生创业能力的培养具有一定指导作用.Entrepreneurship Incubation base is a place for the business - pioneering education and conduct pio-neering training for college students in applied undergraduate. It is also an important practice platform to promote college students’ own undertakings. The article studies enterprise ability training mode of college students in the application - oriented university through questionnaire and interview, which select pioneering parks as the research object of applied undergraduate colleges. The article analysis the problems existing in business incubation base for the college students＇ capacity of entrepreneurship, which explores project appraisal system, provides ＂ inside and outside the joint venture＂ diversified investment, transforms achievements and builds business incubation service system. These measures play a certain guiding role to the cultivation of enterprise ability of application - oriented u-niversity.
