摘  要:针对地方应用型本科院校金工实习理论与实践教学中存在的师资薄弱、教学设备缺乏、实践与理论分离、教学内容落后等方面问题.提出了基于"3D打印技术",建设以先进制造技术为中心的新型制造设备和工艺教学体系.金工实习教学中逐步引入三维数字化、3D打印等先进制造技术,使金工实习向满足市场需要的方向发展,激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生创新意识和动手能力,以期毕业生能更好地融入社会,实现个人价值.Aiming at some existing problems in the metalworking practice of local applied undergraduate colle-ges ,such as less qualified teachers, lack of teaching equipment, separation of theory and practice, backward teaching content , "3D printing technology" has been proposed. A new type of manufacturing equipment and tech-nology teaching system which is based on the advanced manufacturing technology is proposed. The gradual intro-duction of 3D digital, 3D printing and other advanced manufacturing technology in the teaching of metalworking practice is to meet the needs of the market direction. Stimulate studentsf interest in learning, cultivate students'in-novation consciousness and practical ability, graduates can better integrate into society and realize personal value.
