摘　　要：介绍了财务预警指标及其功能和多变量财务预警模型即Z-Score记分模型。以双星股份为例论述了预警性财务指标的选取及单变量和多变量模型的应用,最后得出了分析双星股份案例的结论。This paper introduces the financial early warning index and its function and the Z-Score scoring model of multivariate financial early warning model.This paper discusses the selection of early warning financial indicators and the application of univariate and multivariate models,and finally draws the conclusion of analyzing the case of binary shares.
