摘　　要：家具制造业是我国传统的行业,一直以来我国家具制造业都存在规模上的差距。笔者顶岗实习的一家家具制造公司虽然已经有十几年的发展历史,但规模仍然在50~100人,究其原因是该企业过于注重企业价值链中某一环节的作用,而忽视了其他的环节。文章对中国家具制造业进行价值链成本控制研究是非常有实践意义的。Furniture manufacturing industry is the traditional industry in China,China＇s furniture manufacturing industry is different in size.The furniture manufacturing company where the author interned has a history of more than ten years,but the scale is still 50 to 100 people.The reason is that the enterprise emphases too muchon the role of a link in the enterprise value chain,while ignoring the other links.The paper carries out value chain cost control research on the Chinese furniture manufacturing industry,with practical significance.
