摘 要:为使海警船性能满足新形势的要求,建立以满足任务要求且使单位投资与使用成本最低为目标的海警船船型论证模型.利用回归分析方法找到船舶主尺度的变化规律和船舶主要要素对投资与使用成本的影响规律.利用该模型可以实现对船舶主尺度的优化.以一艘设计排水量为4 500 t的海警船为例进行船型论证,并将论证结果与国外类似船舶进行比较,分析差异及差异产生的原因.结果验证了该模型的合理性与实用性,表明该模型能够为海警船的论证选型提供决策支持.To make the function of coastguard ships meet requirements of the new situation, the ship type evaluation model of coastguard ships is put forward with the objective of meeting the mission requirements and making unit investment and operation cost lowest. The regression analysis method is adopted to find out variation rules of ship main dimensions and influencing rules of ship main factors on the investment and operation cost. Ship main dimensions can be optimized by the model. A coastguard ship with de-signed displacement of 4 500 t is taken as an example to carry out the ship type evaluation. The evalua-tion result is compared with foreign similar ships, and the differences and the causes of the differences are analyzed, which shows that the model is reasonable and practical, and can provide decision support for ship type evaluation selection of coastguard ships.
