摘　　要：近年来,随着对幽门螺杆菌研究的不断深入,其与慢性肝病包括脂肪性肝病、慢性病毒性肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌的相关性研究也逐渐增多。该研究就近几年国内外对幽门螺杆菌与慢性肝病的相关性及其机制的最新研究成果进行综述,为临床诊治提供参考。With the further in-depth research on Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection,researchers have found that Hp is associated with chronic liver disease,including fatty liver disease,chronic viral hepatitis,hepatic cirrhosis,liver cancer. In this paper,the latest progress of both home and abroad in correlation and mechanisms of Hp with chronic liver disease were summarized in this review in order to pro-vide some reference in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
