利他与利己——《理智与情感》的伦理结解读

摘　　要：基于伦理学的视角,对《理智与情感》的利他与利己问题进行探讨。认为小说中埃莉诺与露西在伦理环境中行为选择的对立构成第一层次的伦理结。在埃莉诺理性、善意与忍耐的言行之下,隐含着对爱人与家人的温情与不张扬的爱;而露西的各种伪装的言行都指向获利,是社会底层摈弃伦理者在资产获得阶段的精神堕落。爱德华与威洛比在婚恋上的伦理选择构成了小说第二个层次的伦理结。威洛比为获得财产而背离爱人后,其内心的挣扎与虚浮构成小说第三个层次的伦理结。The topics of altruism and egoism were discussed of Sense and Sensibility from the perspective of Ethics. The opposition of Elinor and Lucy,s chosen actions in the ethical environment is the first tier of ethical knots. The implication of the sensible, kind and patience words and deeds of Elinor was the warmth and deep love for her lover and family. However, Lucy,s words and deeds in disguise were directed to profitable gains, which reflected the spiritual corruption of the underclass who abandoned ethics for capital accumulation. Edward and Willoughby,s ethical choice of marriage formed the second tier of ethical knots. The third tier of ethical knots was Willoughby,s inner struggle and emptiness after his having abandoned his lover for money.
