几种常用脱敏剂治疗牙本质敏感症的对比观察

摘　　要：目的对比观察几种常用脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。方法前瞻性随机临床研究,将139例患者随机分为A组(n=34)、B组(n=36)、C组(n=35)、D组(n=34)。其中A组采用奥敏清脱敏剂,B组采用极固宁脱敏剂,C组采用75%氟化钠甘油,D组采用0.9%氯化钠溶液。比较4组患者治疗前、治疗后1周、2周、4周以及8周的牙本质过敏的情况。结果 A、B、C组的治疗后1周、2周、4周以及8周的Schiff敏感指数、VAS疼痛指数以及压力阈值均明显优于D组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的治疗后1周、2周、4周以及8周的Schiff敏感指数、VAS疼痛指数以及压力阈值均稍优于B和C组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。另外,139例患者中仅有2例出现不良反应,均出现在B组中。结论与极固宁脱敏剂和75%氟化钠甘油相比,奥敏清脱敏剂对于牙本质过敏症疗效更显著,安全性高,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical effect of several common desensitizers in treatment of dentine hypersensitivity. Methods A prospective,randomized clinical trial had been conducted. A total of 139 patients were randomizely divided into group A（n=34）,group B（n=36）,group C（n=35） and group D（n=34）. Patients in group A were treated with Aomininqing desensitizer,patients in group B were treated with Jiguning desensitizer,patients in group C were treated with 75% sodium fluoride and patients in group D were treated with 0. 9% sodium chloride solution. The hypersensitivity of dentin in patients of these four groups had been compared before and 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8weeks after treatment. Results The Schiff＇s sensitivity index,VAS pain threshold and pressure threshold were significantly higher in patients of group A,B and C than those of patients in group D at 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the Schiff＇s index,VAS pain threshold and pressure threshold at 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment were all slightly better than those of group B and C,but the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. In addition,the occurrence of adverse reactions only seen in 2 cases of 139 cases,these 2 cases were in B group. Conclusion In comparison with Jiguning desensitizer and 75% sodium fluoride,Aomininqing desensitizer is a safe and effective drug for treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. It is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
