摘　　要：猴头菌(Hericium erinaceus)子实体的醇提物用不同极性有机溶剂分部提取,得到石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇分部,其中仅石油醚分部能抑制SPCA-1细胞增殖和促进其释放ROS(reactive oxygen species),对石油醚分部的进一步研究发现石油醚分部可诱导SPCA-1细胞早期凋亡和降低G_0/G_1期细胞数量。Dried Hericium erinaceus fruit bodies（500 g）were ground to a powder, extracted four times with 5 L of 95% ethanol for 24 h at room temperature （-20℃）, and the combined supernatants were evaporated to dryness under vacuum at 55℃.After dissolving the residue in 200 mL ddH2O, the solution was extracted three times each with 200 mL petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol, in sequence. In each case, the combined extracts were again evaporated to dryness under vacuum and 40 mg of the residue material obtained taken up in 1 mL DMSO. Material extracted with petroleum ether inhibited the proliferation of SPCA-1 lung cancer cells in vitro, stimulated the release of reactive oxygen species, induced early cell apoptosis, and curtailed the duration of the G0/G1 cell cycle phases. None of these effects were recorded using material extracted using the other solvents.
