437例子宫内膜息肉的临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的:通过分析437例患者的子宫内膜息肉的性状和病理特点,探讨子宫内膜息肉与子宫异常出血的关系。方法:选取437例经宫腔镜手术病理诊为子宫内膜息肉的患者,分析绝经状态、子宫内膜息肉的个数、大小以及息肉和子宫内膜病理与异常子宫出血的关系。结果:未绝经患者异常子宫出血的发生率与绝经期患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多发息肉与单发息肉所致的异常子宫出血发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);息肉的大小(直径≤10mm和>10mm)所致的异常子宫出血发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);有异常出血症状的患者合并子宫内膜增生病变的发生率较无异常出血的患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:绝经状态、多发息肉与异常子宫出血存在一定联系,出现异常子宫出血症状的患者应及早行宫腔镜检查,同时排查息肉及子宫内膜的增生病变及恶变。Objective This paper analyses the traits and pathological characteristics of EP from 437 patients to explore the re-lationship between EP and abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods： This paper selects 437 cases of EP confirmed by hysteroscopy pathological diagnosis and analyses menopausal status number and size of EP, and the relation between EP, endometrial pa-thology and abnormal uterine bleeding. Results ： The comparison of occurrence rate of abnormal uterine bleeding between non-postmenopausal patients and postmenopausal patients is of statistical significance（P 〈 0. 05）. The comparison of occurrence rate of abnormal uterine bleeding between multiple polyps and single polyp is of statistical significance（P 〈 0. 05）. The com-parison of occurrence rate of abnormal uterine bleeding of polyp size （diameter 10mm and 10mm） is of no statistical signifi- cance（P〉0. 05）. The comparison of occurrence rate of endometrial hyperplasia lesions between patients with and without ab-normal bleeding is of statistical significance（P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Abnormal uterine bleeding has connection with menopaus-al status and multiple polyps. Patients with abnormal uterine bleeding should take hysteroscopy check as early as possible, to screen polyps and endometrial hyperplasia lesions to avoid malignant transformation[
