摘　　要：在分析目前中医药翻译人才队伍现状的基础上,本文从中国文化"走出去""讲好中国故事"的国家文化战略高度,提出了加强中医药翻译人才队伍建设的重要意义和途径。Based on the analysis of the present situation of the translation personnel of TCM, this paper proposed the significances and countermeasure of the personnel building of TCM translation from the perspective of the national strategies of Chinese Culture ＂Going Out＂ and ＂Speak Good Chinese Story＂.
