摘 要:钻机轨道式移动装置在使用钢制滑靴移运过程中易出现导轨损伤,影响钻机整机工作效率。为此,采用ANSYS软件对钻机移动装置导轨大梁与滑靴进行了非线性接触分析。通过3种工况研究了该接触问题的主要影响因素及其各自的影响程度。研究结果表明:运用ANSYS的接触分析方法模拟滑靴与导轨大梁之间的接触,可获得较理想的结果;滑靴的弹性模量是滑靴与导轨大梁接触分析的主要因素;滑靴与导轨大梁之间的摩擦因数对大梁的应力、滑靴与大梁的接触摩擦应力也有一定的影响;相比之下,弹性模量比摩擦因数的影响更大。所得结论对钻机导轨及滑靴的设计有一定的指导意义。The rail is prone to be damaged during the movement of moving device of drilling rig,leading to influenced working efficiency of the drilling rig. In view of this,ANSYS software has been used to conduct nonlinear contact analysis between the rail beam and the boots of the rig moving device. The main influencing factors of the contact issue and their degrees have been studied under three kinds of working conditions. The results show that the simulating the contact between the boot and the rail beam using the contact analysis method of ANSYS could attain ideal effect. The elastic modulus of the boot is the main factor of the contact analysis between the boot and the rail beam. The friction coefficient between the rail beam and the boot has a certain effect on the stress of the rail beam and the contact friction between the boot and the rail beam. The elastic modulus has a greater effect than the friction factor. The study conclusion could provide some guidance for the design of rail and boot of drilling rig.
