摘　　要：目的:观察射频加热联合放疗治疗颈部淋巴结转移癌的临床疗效,以期为此类患者的诊疗提供参考。方法:分析2015年至2016年在我院接受治疗的颈部淋巴结转移癌患者的临床资料。依据治疗方案不同将患者分为观察组(射频热疗+放疗)41例及对照组(放疗)40例。对比两组短期治疗有效率、肿瘤标志物改变及治疗后复发情况。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组患者(χ~2=4.313,P=0.038)。治疗后,两组患者外周血CEA、CYFRA21-1及SCC-Ag水平均显著降低(P<0.05),但观察组患者低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后6个月颈部淋巴结转移癌复发率显著低于对照组(4.88%,2/41 vs 19.44%,7/36;Log-rank χ~2=3.995,P=0.046)。结论:在颈部淋巴结转移癌的放射治疗中,联合使用射频加热治疗可显著提高疗效,值得临床推广。Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of radio-frequency heating therapy combined with local radiotherapy in the treatment of cervical metastatic carcinomas.Methods：Clinical data of patients with cervical metastatic carcinomas received treatment at our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were analyzed.Patients were divided into two groups by different therapies,including obseravation group（radio-frequency heating therapy combined with radiotherapy）and control group（radiotherapy）.A total of 81 patients were analyzed,observation group with 41 cases,cantrol group with 40 cases.Results：Patients in observation group had higher therapeutic response rate than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=4.313,P=0.03）.After treatment,both of the two groups got significantly decreased in CEA,CYFRA21-1 and SCC-Ag（P〈0.05）,but these index were lower in observation group than these of control （P〈0.05）.Patients in observation group had lower recurrence rate after treatment about 6 months than that of control,the difference was statistically significant（4.88%,2/41 vs 19.44%,7/36;Log-rank χ^2=3.995,P=0.046）.Conclusion：In the treatment of cervical metastatic carcinomas,radio-frequency heating therapy combined with radiotherapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
