摘　　要：医疗质量控制与医疗安全管理是医院生存发展和保证患者安全的永恒主题,但它的承载形式永远是持续改进和提高,永远不会终极。医疗质量控制与医疗安全管理永远在路上,它只能不断完善,而永远不会完美。无数医疗管理者为之而不懈努力,旨在探索一条适合该医疗机构特点的质控体系,追求医疗机构健康发展,保障患者安全。该文拟就近年来抓全面医疗质量管理之事后控制谈一些体会。The medical quality control and medical safety management are the external theme of hospital development and ensuring the safety of patients, but its bearing form is always the continuous improvement and never ends, and the medical quality control and medical safety management are always on the way, it can only be constantly improved but nerve perfect,and numerous medical managers will make effort to it in order to explore a quality control system suitable for the features of the medical institutions, pursue the healthy development of the medical institutions and ensure the safety of patients, and the paper elaborates some experience of afterwards control of general medical quality management in recent years.
