摘 要:目的了解四川省农村居民对食品营养标签认知态度行为及其影响因素。方法于2014年7、8月在四川省内随机抽取农村居民,用自行设计的问卷调查其对营养标签的认知态度行为,分析其可能的影响因素。结果共调查723人,有62.8%(454人)的人听说过食品营养标签,仅有30.8%(223人)的人了解营养标签内容。仅有17.3%(125人)的人购买食品时经常察看营养标签的相关信息。农村居民对食品营养标签的认知、态度、行为在不同性别、年龄、受教育程度之间均存在差异(均P<0.05)。结论四川省农村居民对营养标签的认知和行为水平较低,态度较积极;性别、年龄和受教育程度可能是其影响因素。[Objective] To investigate rural residents' knowledge,attitude,and practice toward food nutritional labels and influencing factors in Sichuan Province. [Methods]The rural residents were randomly sampled in Sichuan Province from July to September in 2014,and were surveyed using the self-designed questionnaire on knowledge,attitude,and practice toward food nutritional labels,and the influencing factors were analyzed. [Results]723 subjects were investigated in the survey. 62.8%(454people)of the subjects had heard of food nutrition labels,and only 30.8%(223 people)understood the content of nutrition labels.Only 17.3%(125 people) often red the nutrition label information when buying food. There were differences in knowledge,attitude,and practice toward food nutritional labels among rural residents in different gender,age,education level(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]The rural residents in Sichuan Province have lower level of knowledge and practice toward the nutrition labels,while their attitude is positive. The gender,age and education level may be the influencing factors.
