摘 要:目的探讨新兵高强度体能考核前后血细胞和电解质的变化,为新兵合理安排体能训练和考核提供依据。方法随机选择90名2014年入伍新兵,9月1日进行体能训练,11月10日行高强度体能考核测试。在高强度体能考核前(体能训练10周后)、考核后即刻、考核后72 h检测血中WBC、RBC、Hb、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和血K^(+)、Na^(+)、C^(1-)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、P^(3-)、乳酸(LA)水平。结果新兵高强度体能考核后即刻与考核前比较,WBC、CRP、Ca^(2+)、P^(3-)、LA显著升高,K^(+)、Na^(+)显著降低(P<0.05),PLT极显著升高,RBC、Hb、C^(1-)极显著降低(P<0.01)。考核后72 h与考核后即刻比较,WBC、CRP、PLT显著降低,Hb、C^(1-)显著升高(P<0.05),LA、Ca^(2+)、P^(3-)极显著降低,K^(+)极显著升高(P<0.01);Na^(+)、RBC虽升高,但差异无统计学意义。Mg^(2+)在考核前后无明显变化。结论高强度体能训练对血细胞和电解质、LA有显著影响,应科学合理安排军事训练,防止运动性疲劳的发生,提高部队战斗力。[Objective] To explore the changes of blood cells and electrolyte before and after high strength physical?ability examination among recruits,provide the basis for reasonable arrangement of the physical training and examination in recruits.[Methods]90 recruits who joined the army in 2014 were randomly collected. They received the physical training since September 1,and the high strength physical ability examination was conducted on November 10. The levels of white blood cells(WBC),,red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),C- reactive protein(CRP)and potassium(K^+),sodium(Na^+)and chloride(C^1-),calcium(Ca^2+),magnesium(Mg^2+),phosphorus(P^3-)and lactic acid(LA)were detected before physical examination(10 weeks after physical training),immediately after physical examination,and 72 hours after the physical examination. [Results]Compared with the data before physical examination,the levels of WBC,CRP,Ca^2+,P^3- and LA immediately after physical examination significantly increased,while the levels of K^+and Na^+significantly decreased(P〈0.05),and PLT level extremely increased,while the levels of RBC,Hb and C^1- extremely decreased(P〈0.01). Compared with the data immediately after physical examination,the levels of WBC,CRP and PLT72 hours significantly decreased while the levels of Hb and C^1- significantly increased after the physical examination(P〈0.05),the levels of LA,Ca^2+ and P^3- extremely decreased while the K^+ level extremely increased(P〈0.01),and the levels of Na^+ and RBC increased but there were no statistically significant differences. The difference in Mg^2+ level was not statistically significant before and after examination.[Conclusion]The high strength physical training has a significant influence on blood cells,electrolyte and lactic acid. Therefore,scientific and reasonable training arrangement is necessary to prevent the exercise fatigue and improve the battle effectiveness.
