摘　　要：目的探索以家庭为中心的一体化产房模式对高危孕产妇的临床管理效果。方法选取2015年6月至2016年10月于我院住院分娩的208例高危孕产妇为研究对象,按照随机数表法平均分成2组,其中104例采用以家庭为中心的一体化产房模式的高危孕产妇为观察组,其余104例采用传统产房模式的高危孕产妇为对照组。研究过程中记录产妇自然分娩、产后出血以及新生儿窒息例数。对产妇的心理状况以及产后母乳喂养情况进行记录分析。结果研究发现,观察组在接受以家庭为中心的一体化产房模式管理后,自然分娩率显著提高,产后出血以及新生儿窒息例数明显比传统产房模式少。此外,观察组产妇分娩前后心理状况良好,产后母乳喂养情况也达到良好水平。结论以家庭为中心的一体化产房模式能有效降低高危孕产妇的新生儿窒息、产后出血以及难产等情况,能够有效提高高危孕产妇的自然分娩率以及产后恢复能力,适合临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of family-centered integrated delivery room mode on the clinical management on high risk pregnant women. Methods 208 high-risk pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital from June 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into 2 groups according to random number table. 104 cases were in the treatment group and applied family-centered integrated delivery room mode while the other 104 cases were in the control group and applied traditional delivery room mode. Maternity natural labor, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia were recorded during the study. The psychological status of parturient and the status of postpartum breast feeding were recorded and analyzed. Results It found that the natural childbirth rate was significantly improved in the treatment group after the application of the family-centered integrated delivery room mode. The number of postoperative bleeding and neonatal asphyxia in treatment group was significantly less than that in control group. In addition, parturient psychological condition, postpartum breast feeding situation for treatment group before and after delivery reached to good level. Conclusion Familycentered integrated delivery room mode can effectively reduce neonatal asphyxia, postpartum hemorrhage and dystocia for high risk pregnant women in. It can effectively improve the natural delivery rate of high risk pregnant women and postpartum recovery ability, which is suitable for clinical application.
