家庭抗逆力对肾移植患者服药依从性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的评价基于家庭抗逆力视角的随访管理在肾移植受者早期服药依从性的应用及效果。方法将82例肾移植受者按移植先后顺序分为对照组和干预组,对照组实施常规用药干预,干预组以家庭抗逆力视角为指导实施,比较6个月后两组受者服药依从性。结果干预组肾移植受者服药依从性高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于家庭抗逆力视角的随访管理能够有效提高肾移植受者早期服药依从性。Objective To evaluate the application and effect of follow-up management in the medication compliance of kidney transplant recipients in the early stage based on family resilience. Methods 82 kidney transplant recipients were divided into control group and intervention group according to their order of transplantation. The control group was treated with routine medication intervention. The intervention group was guided by family resilience tolerance. Patients＇ medication compliance between two groups was compared after 6 months. Results The medication compliance of kidney transplant recipients in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Follow-up management based on the perspective of family resistance can effectively improve the medication compliance of kidney transplant recipients in the early stage.
