摘　　要：目的:检测p16INK4a蛋白在蒙古族患者宫颈病变组织中的表达,探讨其与蒙古族患者宫颈癌发生发展的关系。方法:选取100例蒙古族患者宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)、慢性宫颈炎和子宫平滑肌瘤病变组织石蜡切片,分为宫颈癌组25例、CIN组35例、慢性宫颈炎组20例和子宫平滑肌瘤组20例,利用免疫组织化学SP法检测各组石蜡切片组织中p16INK4a蛋白表达。结果:蒙古族患者宫颈癌、CIN、慢性宫颈炎、子宫平滑肌瘤组织中p16INK4a蛋白阳性表达率分别为100.0%、74.3%、25.0%和10.0%。多个样本比较的K-W H秩和检验,宫颈癌组p16INK4a蛋白阳性表达率高于CIN组、慢性宫颈炎组和子宫平滑肌瘤组(P<0.05)。结论:p16INK4a蛋白可以作为筛选蒙古族早期宫颈癌患者的一种检测指标。Objective：To detect the expressions of p16INK4 a protein in the cervical lesion tissues of the Mongolian patients,and to explore the relationship between its expression and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer in the Mongolian patients.Methods：A total of 100 cases of paraffin sections of cervical cancer,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）,chronic cervicitis and uterine leiomyoma were divided into 25 cases of cervical cancer,35 cases of CIN,20 cases of chronic cervicitis,and 20 cases of uterine leiomyoma groups.The expressions of p16INK4 aprotein in different cervical tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results：The positive rates of p16INK4 aprotern in cervical cancer,CIN,chronic cervicitis and uterine leiomyoma tissnes were 100.0%,74.3%,25.0%,and 10.0%,respectively.The results of K-W H rank sum test for multiple sample comparisons showed that the positive expression rate of p16INK4 aprotein in cervical cancer tissue was significantly higher than those in CIN,chronic cervicitis and uterine leiomyoma tissues（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：p16INK4aprotein can be used as a indicator to screen the Mongolian patients with early cervical cancer.
