摘  要:书柜在书房中占据了重要地位,书柜的搁板一般较长,且所放书籍的重量也比较大,书柜放书时间久了容易造成搁板弯曲变形。就目前柜类搁板的研究现状来说,关于板式家具的搁板弯曲变形研究较多,实木搁板相对较少,这主要是由于木材的干缩湿胀特性使得实木家具在使用过程中容易出现开裂、翘曲、变形的问题。纵观近两年的家具市场,实木家具依然深受消费者的青睐,然而自然林资源有限,人工林木材保持了一定的优势,但也具有材质相对较差的缺点,因此本文希望通过对人工林木材的实木搁板自身结构的研究以达到有效防止书柜搁板变形的目的。Bookcase occupies an important position in the study room. Normally, the shelf width of book- case is longer, so the heavier" the load and the longer the storage time is, the more likely the shelf is to sag. At present, the investigation on the sagging of shelf has been often carried out but its" attention is always put onto the panel furniture, in which the solid wood shelf is rarely used. But due to the characteristics of shrinkage and swelling of wood, solid wood furniture is easier to crack and deform in service. The solid wood thrnitttre is still favored by consumers in recent years, but the natural forest resources are veyr limit-ed. The plantation wood possesses some of solid wood's better properties, but has its problems of inferior material quality. Therefor, so the authors hope to achieve the purpose of effectively preventing the sagging of the bookcase shelf by studying the anti-sagging structures of plantation wood shelves.
